You need to call NJ FamilyCare toll free at 1-800-701-0710. If you have a speech or hearing difficulty, you can use the TDD/TTY service at 1-800-701-0720. Once your name has been changed, you will receive a new, corrected member ID card.

You will receive your new member ID card in about 7 to 10 days.
