What Is NJ FamilyCare? Español

NJ FamilyCare is a state and nationally funded program developed for New Jersey residents that offers low- or no-cost health coverage through independent, managed care organizations for uninsured children.

Health care is a necessity.
Horizon NJ Health is committed to making sure that every eligible child in New Jersey has access to the quality care and services they deserve. Even though many parents work for a living, their employers may not offer health care insurance. Horizon NJ Health is here for you.

Your child may be eligible.
More than 210,000* uninsured children are living in New Jersey, and as many as 119,000 are eligible for, but not enrolled in, Medicaid or NJ FamilyCare. Why not find out about NJ FamilyCare and become a member through Horizon NJ Health?
