You have access to more than 9,000 Horizon NJ Health specialists and dentists (dental coverage is determined by member age, family income and size).

Unlimited Doctor Visits
	There is no limit to the number of times a member can see his or her Horizon NJ Health network doctor.

	Coverage includes inpatient and outpatient services.
Immunizations
	NJ FamilyCare covers all necessary immunizations to help your children grow strong and stay healthy.
Lab and X-ray
	Coverage includes lab tests and X-rays.
Prescription Drugs
	Fill prescriptions from a Horizon NJ Health doctor at participating pharmacies at little or no charge.
Eye Care and Glasses
	Visits to participating Horizon NJ Health eye doctors are covered for most members. Plus, qualifying members may receive $100 towards eyeglass frames.
