Did You Know? Every year: All NJ FamilyCare members must renew eligibility or they will lose coverage, and benefits. - New enrollment guidelines prevent most parents from re-enrolling in NJ FamilyCare.
- There are no changes for children’s health insurance.
It’s Simple - Renew it on Time or Lose it. Do NOT lose your Horizon NJ Health benefits and NJ FamilyCare. If you do not renew every year on time, your benefits will be gone. Follow these steps: - Every Year – Fill out a Renewal Application.
- When you send your Yearly Renewal Application, you must include:
• Proof of your current month’s income, family size and other requested records. - Return completed Renewal Application in the self-addressed envelope that came in the packet.
- Send your Renewal Application 30 days before your actual renewal date.
