NJ FamilyCare Online Application

NJ FamilyCare has made applying easy, with the new, online application that takes about 10 minutes to complete. To apply online, visit the NJ FamilyCare Web site at: www.NJFamilyCare.org. Applicants can also obtain the new one-page NJ FamilyCare application by calling the State's Health Benefits Coordinator (HBC) at 1-800-701-0710.

If you know any low income children and parents living in New Jersey, they may be eligible for NJ FamilyCare, the state's free or low-cost health insurance program.
